He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E. Hall and Agnes F. Marburger Hall; his wife Ethel Mae Lauten Hall; and his siblings, Lee Hall, Myrna Swick and Ruby Summer.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Hall of Beaver, Nadene Brown of Arizona and Rita Richards of Virginia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
