She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy A. Caprose and Jane K. Caprose (Carol); her former husband Edward Golonka; and her siblings, Rosemary Caprose, Patty Abraham, Joey and James Caprose.
She is survived by: her husband Richard K. Bates; her children, Kathy Lynn Golonka, Patty Knight (Mike) of Plain Grove, PA and Mike Golonka (Lauri); her sister Susan Cowher (Mike); and her grandchildren, Ian Golonka, Annabell and Olivia Knight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
