We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 21, Zachary J. Blackburn of Folsom, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle John Slowik. He is survived by: his parents, Burt Blackburn and Cathy Blackburn (Slowik); his siblings, Matthew (Nerlie), BJ (Kristen), Timothy (Sarah) and Kelsey Blackburn (Mike); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Londyn, Amelia Blackburn, Aiden Blackburn and Miles Nenstiel; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Slowik, Andrew Slowik, Albert Slowik, Marty Slowik, Michael Slowik and Mary Slowik.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, which will be contributed to a scholarship fund in Zachary's name. Please indicate Zachary Fund on your donation.
