He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Shiley (Wood). He is survived by: his father John Shiley; his wife Cheryl K. Shiley (Bachman); his children, Andrew Shiley (Jess), Michael Windsor (Camille), Stephen Windsor and Kimberly Keller (Karl); and his grandchildren, Daniel Zack and Tenli. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
