She was predeceased by: her parents, William Longacre and Mae Longacre; her husband Raymond P. Frist, Jr.; and her siblings, William Longacre and Lois Luther.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Abel (Cheryl), Ronald Abel, Wayne Frist (Louise), Keith Frist (Maryanne), Lynn Abel Burke (late Roger), Sandra Abel Blair (late Harry) and Arlene Frist Grada (Mike); and her siblings, Joe Longacre, Alice Lewandowski and Maryanne Harris. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, and numerous Great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Our Lady of Peace Church, 208 Milmont Avenue, Milmont Park, PA 19033.
