She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Chartier and Ora Chartier (Benoit); her husband Willard "Bill" Perkins; and her siblings, Ernest Chartier and Irene Higgins.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Perkins, Kathleen Perkins and Doris Gorga (Art); her brothers, Wilford "Jerry" Chartier and Norman Chartier; her grandson Michael Acri (Christie); and her great grandchildren, Brooke and Jacob.
