He is survived by: his wife Florence Moisson Rice; his sons, Edward (Christine), Robert (Mary Jo), John and James; his grandchildren, Eddie, Shane, Micaela, Ally, Missy, Aidan, Sammy and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Gracie and Joseph; and his sister Kathryn Lindsay.
