She is survived by: her children, Stephen C. Sladek, Edward A. Sladek (Sharon), Robert J. Sladek, Jr. (Deborah), Michelle Murphy (James), Sue Anne Baker (Terry) and Russell Sladek. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
