He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Warowitz and Joseph Warowitz; and his children, Marion Stranieri and Michael Warowitz. He is survived by: his wife Consuelo Santana-Warowitz; his children, Awelda Burke IV (Thomas), Annette Serrano (Eusebio), Maria Santana, Jacque Wainwright (David), Lena LoStracco (Benjamin) and John Santana; and his siblings, Bernie Warowitz (Sondra) and Elaine Wollman (George). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
