He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Donnelly Sr. and Margaret Donnelly (Donahue); and his brother Allen Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Denise Donnelly (Francione); his children, Krista White (Danny), Tricia Donnelly, William E. Donnelly III, Kara Donnelly, Melissa Donnelly and Bryanna Donnelly (EJ Blanck); his sisters, Maureen DiEnna (Gary), Patricia Brydges (Hugh) and Kathleen Crisanti (Peter); his grandchildren, Alexa, Daniel and Michael; and his mother-in-law Eileen Francione. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in William's name to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
