He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kilmartin and Helen Kilmartin (Stolz); his wife Darlene Kilmartin (Laine); and his sister Deborah Kilmartin. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Clark Jr. (Sadie), Francis Clark (Amy), Anne Burns (Robert) and Megan Kilmartin (Chris); his grandchildren, Victoria, Rebecca, Ryleigh, Liam, Penny and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Kevin Kilmartin (Barbara), Kathleen Crawford, Colleen Scattolini and Maureen Kelly Carreno.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cavanagh Family Funeral Home (301 Chester Pike, Norwood, PA 19074). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
