He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jr. and Esther Meyer Cook Jr.; and his brother William Cook III. He is survived by: his children, David Cook and Paul Cook; his grandchildren, Angela, Lauren and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Liam.
Burial: Private In lieu of flowers contributions to St John's Lutheran Church, 1500 Glen Ave. Folcroft PA. 19032 would be appreciated.
