He was predeceased by: his parents, Basilio Morales and Anastasia Morales; his son Domingo Caban (Frances); and his siblings, Duillermo, Andres, Josephine, Cesar, Rosaline and Amrguillo Morales.
He is survived by: his wife Amalia Gonzalez; his children, Gladys Caban, Margarita Caban (Jose), Elsa Caban and Hermino Caban (Millie); his grandchildren, Maria, Elcilia, Victor, Wanda, Juan, Junior, Waldmar, Steve, Diego and Jesus; his great grandchild Brookelynn; and his siblings, Carlos and Ligia. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
