Hamel (Folcroft, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C Hamel Jr.; her son Stephen E Hamel; and her siblings, Edward Stevens, Anne Geibler and Kathleen Thornton.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph C Hamel III (Margie), David L Hamel (Julia), Carrie Patterson (Roger) and Nancy Hennig (Billy). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
