Kozlowski of Folcroft, Pennsylvania, born in London, London, who passed away on April 1, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kazimierz Kozlowski; and his sister Christine Kozlowski-Harbison. He is survived by: his wife Denise Kozlowski (Rzasa); his children, Amy Reed (Ryan) and Tim Kozlowski (Leslie); his grandchildren, Rogan, Riley and Austin Reed; and his siblings, Irene "Geeg" Kozlowski (Bill), Rich Kozlowski (Maureen) and Ted Kozlowski (Denise). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
