He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Kenneth Hibbs and Isabelle Carey Hart-Baker; and his sister Barbara Lou Willard. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Hibbs; his children, Raymond Kenneth Hibbs, Kimberly Ann Romasko and Thomas Edward Hibbs; his grandchildren, Heather (Wayne), Meagan (James), Katelyn and Michael; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Peyton, Madison and Olivia.
