He was predeceased by: his father Harris Joseph Smith. He is survived by: his mother Antoinette Kelly; his brothers, Steve (Jessica) and Anthony (Christine); his nieces, Alyssa, Kayleigh, Amaya, Abygail, Autumn, Aubrey and Blayke; and his aunts, Lisa Keissling and Debbie Smith.
