She was predeceased by: her parent Floyd Shook. She is survived by: her parent Ida Shook (Fehr); and her children, Lyle (Margaret) of Macungie, Kurt (Michele) of Danielsville, Chris (Fiona) and Donna Lee (James Gockley) of Emmaus. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
