He is survived by: his children, Shane Slaughenhoupt (Karen Smith) of Schnecksville and Sonya Millington (Justin) of Fogelsville; and his grandchildren, Devon Millington, Emerson and Bryce Slaughenhoupt. He is also survived by several nephews and 1 niece.
