She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant George and Beatrice George (Pierce); her siblings, Leroy, Delnore, Elwood and Marietta; and her son Shawn.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Hilbert; and her daughter Sherry Schmidt. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
