Tapper (Fogelsville, Pennsylvania), born in Passaic, New Jersey, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Tapper and Evelyn Tapper (Kornhoff). He is survived by: his children, Eugene E. (Micki) of New Tripoli and Diana J. Karlson (David) of Allentown. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
