He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Esterly and Shirley Esterly. He is survived by: his children, Nikki Gergar (Terry) and Marquis Hall-Esterly; his grandchildren, Michael Stepp Jr., Stephanie Stepp, Kaitlynn Stepp and Preston Stepp; his sister Bonnie Gibson; and his niece Shannon Stepp.
