He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary E. Alexander; and his parents, Florence L. Alexander and Russell E. Alexander, Jr.. He is survived by: his brother Richard L. Alexander; his sister-in-law Bernadette Cannon Alexander; his uncle Jack Alexander; and his aunt Jessie Alexander. He is also survived by 9 cousins, 1 nephew and 2 nieces.
