He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver J. Pickard and Elizabeth L. Pickard (Jordan); his wife Ann Louise Hofmann of Reading, PA.; his pet Ginger; his children, Kathleen A. Busillo, Thomas M. Pickard Jr. (Alexandra Langendorfer), Christopher J. Pickard (Kathleen), John C. Pickard (Denise) and David M. Pickard (Denise); his grandchildren, Anthony Jr. (Melissa), Alexander, Elizabeth, Aleksandr, Devon, Sarah, Kylie, Caitlyn, John Jr., Grace, Hayden and Ethan; and his great grandchildren, Rachel, Abigal, Isabella and Braeden. He was also cherished by his wife, children and grandchildren.
