He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Quillen West; his children, Ted (Anna West), Sally (Andy Williams), Bruce (West), Ann (Vincent Figueredo) and Tom (Eve West); his brothers, Gordon (Joan West) and Parker Quillen; his sister-in-law Lydia Ann McCloskey; and his parents, George Harold Bamford West and Marjorie Tattersfield West. He was also cherished by his fifteen grandchildren and his sixteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Thomas' Church Whitemarsh Music Fund.
