With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine MacFarland (Flourtown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 5, 2020 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine MacFarland to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Alminde and Agnes Alminde; her husband David F. MacFarland Sr.; her siblings, Mary Ann, Clare Foster and Rev. Joseph Alminde SJ; and her children-in-law, Andrew Rook and Sara MacFarland.
She is survived by: her children, Karen McCloskey (James), Joan Rook, Christine Pizzulli (Cosimo), David F. MacFarland Jr. and Stephanie Ellis; and her brother Paul Alminde. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Catherine's memory would be greatly appreciated to Sisters of Saint Joseph Memorial Wall.
