She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jackson and Eleonore Jackson; her husband Richard M. Costello; and her sibling Russell Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Carol Breen (Teo Rodriguez), Richard Costello, Suzanne O'Malley (Kevin), Maureen Costello, Kathleen Costello (Tim Bryan) and James Costello (Carrianne); her siblings, William Jackson (Celeste), Eleonore Jackson, Susan Pickens, Linda Arches (Steven), John Jackson (Margaret) and Paul Jackson (Amy); and her siblings-in-law, James Costello, Mary Ann Creighton (Ron) and Joseph Costello (Jill). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and a loving extended family.
