He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvon Stevens and Verda Stevens (Gallagher); and his brother Edward Gallagher. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Stevens of Gulfport, MS; and his sister Ada Livingston (David). He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter.
