He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Tate and Nancy Porter. He is survived by: his children, Tessa Tate of Bellefonte, PA, Melinda Parson (Timmy) of Lewistown, PA and Alexander Tate of Bellefonte, PA.; and his grandson Jordan Parson.

“So sorry for your loss. I knew Todd all the way back to Vatican City days and worked construction with him back in 1985. Todd was a great guy and would help anyone who needed it. I hadn't seen Todd in thirty plus years but it defiantly was a sad day hearing the news. Again, my condolences Pat Kelly”
