Dunlap (Brooke) of Washington; his grandmother Natasha; his grandsons, Jaxson and Maverick Dunlap (Tylor); and his brothers, Matthew E. Dunlap and Jesse T. Dunlap Ebensburg.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
