It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard H. Lord (Fleetwood, Pennsylvania), born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna V. Lord (Schupp) and Henry W. Lord; his wife Nancy L. Lord (Hess); and his sisters, Jeanette McNeill (Ronald Lord), Anna Viola Henry, Margaret Knarr and Georgeann Gaynor (Earl Drupp Jr.).
He is survived by: his children, Boyd H. Lord, Brenda L. Hower (Richard C. Hower) and Cheryl A. Lord; his close friend Glenn A. Graff; his grandchildren, Andrew R. Smith (Ashley Smith), Amanda M. Heiter (Elijah Heiter), Allyson L. Kerchner (Jon Kerchner), Austin R. Swavely and Alexis B. Swavely; his great grandchildren, Carli, Dana, Leah and Reuben; and his sister Ardelle Master.
