She was predeceased by: her parents, Marilyn Derrickson (Hawthorne) and Zachary Scott; and her son Daniel N. McCarty. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Erin C. Keegan (Robert J. Keegan) and Justin K. McCarty (Lisa); her grandchildren, Ethan, Taylor (Nick), Katharine, Sara (Carsten), Brendan, Evan, Kieran, Colin and Amelia; her great grandchildren, Alice, Noah, Lili, Riley, Jolene and Asher; her caregiver Catherine Reitnauer; and also Lisa Vasquez.
