He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. Frantz and Josephine T. Frantz (Manley); his sons, David A. Frantz and Glenn M. Frantz (late Karen); his sister Dolores J. Hosler; and his half-brother Paul Frantz.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor (Shuman); his children, Thomas Frantz (Debra) and Deborah A. Frantz (Andrew K. Snyder); his grandchildren, Jason, Gregory and Justine; and his sister Janet Lee Lightcap. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
