He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sweinhart and Edith Sweinhart (Kolb). He is survived by: his wife Sara Sweinhart (Moyer); his children, Jennifer (John Zelenak), Jeffrey (Debbie Sweinhart), Christopher David and Danielle Capp; his siblings, Karen Sweinhart, Michele Hartzel and Brendon Husband of Andrea Sweinhart; and his grandchildren, Emma Zelenak, Izaiah David, Henry Zelenak, Jack Zelenak, Luke Zelenak, Oliver Capp and Avery David. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
