He was predeceased by: his father Frank Moran Sr.. He is survived by: his pet Oscar; his mother Elizabeth Moran (Kern); and his siblings, Frank Jr., Robert, Kieth, Dwayne Moran, Kelly, Bonnie and Sharon-Kaye Moran. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 3 nieces, and 4 great nephews.
