With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard L. Otto of Fleetville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert R. Otto and Elizabeth Matthews Otto; and his siblings, Herbert Jr., Bruce, Barry and Bonny Otto.
He is survived by: his wife Constance; his children, Alan Otto (Lori), Jason Otto and Lee Ann Perez (Jason); his grandson Corey Jones (Kaelee); his children, Hope Russell (Jared) and Jacob Perez (Zoey); his great grandchildren, Grayson Russell and Haidyn Jones; his stepgrandson Jonathan DeSpirito; and his sisters, Carol Shotwell and Lynn Stonier.
