He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Ted" and Ruth Callihan (Price); his wife Doris A. Callihan (Shaffer); his brother Eugene "Moose" Callihan; and his son-in-law Edward Strayer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Holly F. Callihan and Sherry L. (late Edward Strayer); his granddaughters, Tessa and Abby; his great grandchildren, Alivia and Scarlett; his sisters, Doris Hickey and Carolyn Ferguson; and his close friend Lynn Strayer.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Leroy L. "Spud" Callihan to The Old Stone Church in Fishertown to help with preservation of the church.
