He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Raymond Amick and Marie Amick (Feaster); his spouse Ruie F. Amick (Steed); and his sisters, Phyllis Amick Koontz and Nancy Ann Amick.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Jeanne Amick (Harold "Hap" Miller); his granddaughters, Bobbi Miller McGee (Ron McGee), Kelli Miller Yutzy (Kevin Yutzy) and Terri Miller Hopkins (Greg Hopkins); and his great grandchildren, Dakota, Riley, Kaela, Karter, Kortnie, Kalina, Drew, Max and Chloe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
