He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor M. Fernandez and Helen V. Kipp Fernandez. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Mary Foulk Simpson; his pet Victoria; his wife Mary; and his parents-in-law, Bill and Mary Ann Foulk of West Middlesex. He is also survived by brother-in-law; 4 sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces.
