He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Kahle and Claire Anthony Kahle; his wife Linda Lee Henderson Kahle; his son-in-law Jum Berlin; and his siblings, Mildred Kahle Bobbert and Ray Kahle.
He is survived by: his children, Frank Kahle (Maria), Lori Berlin (Vince Rovansek), Amy Bachman (Dan), Karen Kahle (Don Clinger), Jeanne Kahle (Michael Grimaldi) and Mervin Kahle (Melinda); and his siblings, Bob Kahle (Joyce), Dorothy McClain (Stan) and Hazel Daugherty (Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
