He is survived by : his parent Ann Lytle Cushey; his wife Helen Hamilton Cushey; his daughter-in-law Doug; his daughter Dana Cushey of Finleyville; his siblings, Jerry "Zeke" Cushey of Monongahela, Tim Cushey (Margo) of Castle Shannon, John Cushey (Loretta) of Finleyville, Norman Lytle of Elrama, Georgetta "Red" Hamilton of Finleyville, Joan "Hut" Campbell of Finleyville and Marcella "Toots" Castor of South Park; his grandchildren, Cody Gardner, Chelsea Gardner, Morgan Cushey and Paige Cushey; and his great grandchild Brianna Gardner.
