He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sr. Yanachik and Anne Yanachik (Perecko); and his sister Patricia L. Wood. He is survived by: his children, Tom Yanachik, III of Bentleyville and Linda Jo Thornberg (Bryan) of Oakdale; his sisters, Monica Bright, Kathryn Greenwood, Jean Ghilani (Ray) and Carol Howarth; and his brother-in-law John Wood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
