She was predeceased by : her parents, Mike Sewchok and Lilas Sewchok. She is survived by : her husband Donald L. Soukup; her children, Lilas Soukup, Donna Carman (Bruce) and Michele Soukup; her grandsons, Sean Carman (Alexis) and Phillip Carman; and her siblings, Nancy Kolich (late Pete) and Michalene Lehman (Ronald). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
