He was predeceased by: his parents, John Simpson and Stella Dobosh Simpson; his parents-in-law, Jack and Norma Carden; and his brother-in-law Jimbo Carden.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Carden Simpson; his children, Mary Candella (Bryan), Jerry Simpson (Pam), Bunni Cadwallader (Jack), Brendon Simpson and Kim Dobbins (Mike); his grandchildren, Regan, Allison, Nicholas, Melissa Candella and Seth Cadwallader; and his faithful buddy Kenneth Cadwallader.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Frye Funeral Home, Inc. (427 W Main St, Monongahela, PA 15063). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Angels Church (408 Baldwin Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15207).
