She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Marling "Moe" Franks; her children, Raymond (Karen), Cathy Snyder (Joe), Richard (Lynne Nichter), John "Jack" and Michael Franks; her daughter-in-law Elaine Franks; her siblings, Melvin, Charles, Kenneth, Raymond White and Elizabeth Bryce; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy White and James Franks. She was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, also many nieces and nephews.
