She is survived by : her parent Sarah Keilbach (Harbaugh); and her children, Bernard Philburn, Jr. of Marian, IN., Frank Philburn (Beth) of Finleyville, Linda Snedden of Hundred, WV. and Mary Jo Schultz (Shawn) of Elizabeth Township. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
