He is survived by : his wife Beth Philburn (Menke); his children, Samantha Philburn of Monongahela, Tracy Davies of Georgia and Ryan Philburn of Elizabeth; his stepsons, Neil Hufnagel of Seattle, WA and Kyle Hufnagel (Annie) of South Park; his grandson Jude Hufnagel; and his siblings, Bernard Philburn, Jr. of Illinois, Linda Snedden of West Virginia and Mary Jo (Shawn) of Elizabeth Twp. He is also survived by nephews and numerous friends.
