She was predeceased by: her parents, William G. Urban and Anna J. Urban; and her brothers, Robert M. Urban and David G. Urban. She is survived by: her daughter Kaitlyn R. Hanus; her former husband John S. Hanus of Bethel Park; and her brother William D. Urban (Janell) of Coroapolis.
