He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith (Fawcett); his stepson Daniel Henry of Speers; his sister Margaret Ellen Fulmer of Canonsburg; his sister-in-law Barbara Smith of Washington; his nieces and nephews, Margie Frederickson (Bob), Marilee Smith (Jane), Linda Carson, Amy Smith (Frank), Hank Brown (Anya), Harold Brown and Patrick Smith; his great-nephews, Alex, Colin, Matthew, Zachary and Martin Carson; and his great-niece Emily.
