We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2023, at the age of 66, Richard Lee Rumbarger of Fenelton, Pennsylvania, born in Butler, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth W. Rumbarger and Dorothy Relic Rumbarger; and his siblings, Kenneth Rumbarger, Carol Steihler and Beverly Rumbarger.
He is survived by: his daughter Amber L. Rumbarger of Chicora; his sisters, Marilyn Rantilla of Sharpsburg and Kay Stonebraker (Jerry) of Butler; his wife Deborah Rumbarger; his stepdaughter Kayla Hedrick (Charlie); and his stepgrandchildren, Arian, Alicia Herp and Allison Hedrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
